What happens if I change my email address?
You are able to change your registered email yourself, though there are several places that you will want to change it.
1) My Office -- login to the My Office, go to the Personal Profile. Click on Edit Profile. Scroll down, type your new email in the email field, click Save.
2) WebMail -- login to your WebMail, click on the settings link then Edit Account Information. Type in your new email address, click on save. Your new email address will be used on your outgoing video email messaages.
3) MyVideoCommunity -- login to the MVC portal, click on the My Stuff link in the upper right corner. Click on View/Change my Profile link, type in your new email address, click on Save Settings. This will now become the email address you will use to login to the MVC portal.
4) MyVideoSystem management area -- login to the MVC portal, go to the MVS page, login to the MVS management area. Click on Account Manager on the left, then click on Profile Manager. Personal Information is the first category in the Profile Manager dropdown list and this is what you will use.
Click on the "Update Info" button on the right side of the screen to access the page where you may update the fields. Type in your new email address in the email field then click on the Update Now! button.
5) MyVideoTestDrive management area -- go to your test drive website, click on Rep Login in the lower left corner then login to the management area.
Click on Manage Profile then on the View/Update Profile Manager link. Updte your email address in the email field, then click on Submit.
6) Global Support -- login to your Global Support account, click on the Edit Information link at the bottom of the menu. Type the new email address in the email field, click the Submit button to make the change. The change will apply to any new tickets you open but will not be retroactive to tickets you have previously submitted.
