Sanjay immediately saw the potential of video technology when he received his first VideoWebmail in 2005. Having participated in the teleconferencing/telecoaching revolution that has had a significant impact on how coaches delivered their coaching, he saw that video would replace audio as the media of choice within the near future. He decided to participate in this revolution.
